This week: Field & Fork set dinner

3 Course set dinner R175
Starters
Garlic snails with freshly baked French bread
Leek and potato soup with fresh herbs and garlic croutons
Caramelised red onion, roasted beetroot and feta tart
Main courses
Pan fried white Stumpnose on a warm salad of chorizo, sugar snap peas, baby potatoes, mixed olives and a garlic mayonnaise
Roasted duck breast with braised red cabbage, fondant potatoes and a black berry jus
Rib eye steak with chips, field mushroom, balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic butter and wild rocket salad

Desserts
Sticky toffee pudding


Dark chocolate cup with white chocolate shavings and nut biscuit


Vanilla ice cream with toasted almonds and toffee sauce
